Elisha is a fourth-generation attorney and a resident of Dexter. She is a 1984 graduate from Dexter High School. Elisha graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1987 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Elisha worked in the Social Work field before attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School beginning in 1995. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Cooley in December 1998, Elisha was admitted to practice law in June of 1999. She worked at Cooley Law School teaching Avanced Research and Writing and as a research assistant while also raising her four children. In 2001, Elisha joined the law office of Steven M. Jentzen as an associate attorney. In September 2005, Elisha opened Fink Law in Dexter. Elisha is co-chair of the Real Estate section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
Megan was raised in Elmhurst, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Illinois Champagne-Urbana in 1999 with degrees in Economics and Spanish. After working as a consultant at the Chicago office of Arthur Anderson for two years, Megan went to law school at Loyola University in 2003. While in law school, Megan met her future husband, fellow student Joshua Fink, a lifelong Dexter resident. Megan and Josh moved to Dexter, Michigan in May of 2003, after graduation from Loyola Law School. After being admitted to practice law in Michigan in November 2003, Megan was an associate attorney for Kitch Law in its Ann Arbor branch office. A year later, Megan joined the Michigan office of a national collection law firm as a litigation attorney. She managed the Oakland County office for 2 1/2 years before joining Fink Law in August 2007. Megan is on the board of directors of the Michigan Creditor's Bar Association.
